- Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm -- no call, no weekends
- 14 patients per day
- VA outpatient setting
- Team-based care -- nurses, pharmacists, and social workers on staff
- Adults only -- complex chronic and behavioral health conditions
- Outpatient internal medicine -- no procedures required
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
