Minimum Requirements:

• Active, valid Registered Nurse license for the state of New Mexico.
• Prior nursing leadership/management experience.
• Current BLS certification.

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead nursing team (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) to ensure adherence to facility policies and standards of care.
• Supervise and coordinate direct patient care: assessments, medication administration, documentation, and care planning.
• Manage staffing and scheduling to maintain safe, efficient unit coverage.
• Mentor, coach, and provide education to nursing staff to support competency and professional development.
• Monitor regulatory and quality compliance; perform audits and implement corrective actions to improve outcomes.
• Respond to and coordinate care during medical emergencies according to established protocols.
