Hybrid PMHNP (Peds/Adolescent) — Up to $10k Sign‑On, Flexible Hybrid Schedule, $135–175k

Join a mission-driven, interdisciplinary team in Frederick, Maryland, delivering integrated psychiatric care to children, adolescents, and young adults. This full-time role offers flexible scheduling, strong clinical support, and the chance to make a real difference for patients and families.

Schedule & work model

• 40 hours per week with a hybrid model (up to 3 days onsite).
• At least 10 clinical hours onsite each week; up to 7 clinical hours may be remote.
• Administrative work can be completed remotely.
• Minimum of 15 hours required during after-school times (after 4 PM ET on weekdays and/or weekends) to meet patient needs.
• Flexible scheduling to align with your availability and patient demand.

Compensation & benefits

• Base salary: $135,000–$145,000.
• Total earning potential up to $175,000+ annually.
• Earn an additional $100 per clinical hour for hours beyond the base caseload.

What we’re looking for

• Master’s degree from an accredited nursing program.
• Board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
• At least one year of independent psychiatric practice since licensure.
• Active Maryland PMHNP/APRN license, DEA registration, and state prescriptive authority.
• Reliable technology for remote work (personal computer, phone, high-speed internet).
• Willingness to provide a minimum of 10 clinical hours onsite weekly and to work after-school hours as needed.
