- Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner, experience required
- Patient population of ages 5 and up! Women's Health experience a plus.
- 4 day work week seeing 16-18 patients/day
- Collaborative team setting while having the autonomy to work independently
- Team consists of 15 providers (7 Physicians, 7 APPs)
