Job Description
Bon Secours Internists of Churchland is expanding its internal medicine team in the growing HarbourView area of Suffolk, VA (coastal Hampton Roads, near Chesapeake, Norfolk and Virginia Beach). We seek an experienced Family or Adult-Gerontology NP to join a collaborative primary care practice of 5 MDs and 1 NP with strong support staff, including LPNs, CMAs, patient service reps and a PharmD.

- Typical daily volume after ramp-up: 20–24 patients, with a focus on adult and geriatric care (about 60% of patients are 65+).
Qualifications:
- Minimum one year of independent outpatient primary care NP practice experience.
- Positive, team-oriented approach with strong patient relationship skills.
- Willingness to participate in an after-hours call rotation to cover PTO as needed.
Schedule and compensation:
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
- Guaranteed base salary of $130,000 plus productivity and quality incentives ($ per wRVU) and system KPI bonuses paid annually.
- Up to $5,000 relocation reimbursement (>50 miles).
Time off and benefits:
- 32 days ATO for holidays, CME and other out-of-office time (front-loaded, prorated based on start date).
- Up to 8 weeks parental leave for birth or adoption.
- $3,000 annual CME allowance.
