Overview:
Provide perioperative nursing care across the operating room, scrub, circulate, and recovery as needed, ensuring safe, effective, patient- and family-centered care.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current RN licensure in Maine
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• ACLS required for PACU staff (may be obtained within 6 months of hire)
• Minimum 1 year medical/surgical or perioperative experience
• Basic computer skills

Preferred:

• CNOR certification

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, quality perioperative nursing care throughout the perioperative period
• Perform scrub, circulate, and recovery room duties as needed
• Communicate effectively with perioperative team members
• Maintain patient confidentiality and support the organization’s mission, vision, and values
