Requirements:

• Current, active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) state license.
• BLS certification.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician supervision.
• Perform patient assessments and administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Monitor and document vital signs and patient condition continuously.
• Evaluate, clean, dress, and manage wounds; monitor for infection or complications.
• Maintain accurate patient records and communicate care plans.
• Educate patients and families on conditions and self-care as appropriate.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and follow infection control protocols.
