Practice overview

• Deliver comprehensive primary care across the lifespan, including diagnosis and management of acute and chronic conditions, preventive care, wellness exams, and health screenings.
• Build long-term relationships with patients and families while coordinating care with specialists and interdisciplinary colleagues.
• Apply evidence-based medicine to improve outcomes and maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record.

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency
• Eligible for or holding an unrestricted Indiana medical license
• DEA certification or eligibility to obtain one
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
