Family Medicine Physician – Full-Time Primary Care Opportunity in South Bend, IN

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Deliver preventive care, wellness exams, and health screenings
• Build long-term relationships with patients and families
• Coordinate care with specialists and the interdisciplinary team
• Apply evidence-based medicine to improve patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency
• Eligible for or holding an unrestricted Indiana medical license
• DEA certification or eligibility to obtain
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical skills
