Required qualifications:

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) state license
• Current BLS certification

Key responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care under the direction of RNs or physicians
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and administer prescribed medications and treatments
• Perform wound care, including cleansing, dressing, and monitoring for infection or complications
• Monitor and document vital signs and clinical changes continuously
• Maintain accurate patient records and educate patients and families on diagnoses and self-care
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and follow infection control protocols
