Core responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care; perform ongoing patient assessments and document interventions and outcomes.
• Administer medications and obtain specimens for testing per orders and protocols.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team; assist with procedures and coordinate patient care.
• Accurately document all nursing activities, assessments, patient education, and progress in the medical record.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment; oversee patient conduct and ensure unit order.
