Requirements:

• Active LPN license for the state of practice.
• BLS certification.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician supervision.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings.
• Administer medications and prescribed treatments safely and accurately.
• Evaluate, clean, dress, and manage wounds; monitor for infection or complications.
• Monitor and record vital signs continuously per facility protocol.
• Maintain accurate patient records and provide patient/family education on conditions and self-care.
• Respond promptly in medical emergencies and follow infection control procedures.
