• Hospital-employed position at a well-established community health clinic in New York
• Panel of 22 - 25 patients per day in a supportive clinical environment
• On-site services include X-ray, mammography, and laboratory blood work
• Medicaid or Medicare credentialing required prior to start
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience required; no visa sponsorship available
• Board-certified or board-eligible in family medicine, internal medicine, or pediatrics
• Active New York State license, DEA certificate, and current BLS required
• Proficiency in Spanish or a Southeast Asian language is preferred
