Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience as OT, SLP, or PT
- Experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) or Rehabilitation settings
- Active professional license appropriate to discipline
Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on patient care per facility policies and treatment plans
- Support therapy teams and assist with documentation and patient progress tracking
- Follow infection control, safety, and facility protocols
- Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team and patients/families
Licensure/Compliance:
- Must hold and maintain an active, unrestricted license for OT, SLP, or PT
- Must comply with facility credentialing and onboarding requirements
