Position: Full-time Internal Medicine physician — Outpatient
Start: ASAP — ongoing
Coverage: Clinical duties + beeper call (response within 20–30 minutes)
Patient population: Adults and geriatrics
Clinical setting & requirements
- EMR: Epic
- Hospital privileges required
- Board status: BC/BE in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- CA medical license required or in process
- BLS required
- Preferred: ≥3 years post-residency experience
Primary responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care for adult and geriatric patients
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Perform routine physicals and health screenings
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests; develop and implement treatment plans
- Coordinate care with specialists and community resources
Compensation & benefits
- Base salary: $308,406–$335,406
- Incentive potential up to $400,000
