Job Description
- 7-on/weekend-off/11-on/7-off schedule -- call roughly every 6th night
- 28-day cycle -- 12 working days with one working weekend
- Day shifts approx 7am - 3pm, flexing with volume
- General, ortho, endoscopy, ophthalmology, and OB surgical volume
- Lower-acuity case mix -- no cardiac, no neuro
- Approx 60 deliveries per month -- primarily scheduled C-sections
- OB call coverage included in rotation
- General, ortho, and OB procedures required
