Privileges, Credentialing & Compliance

Required Clinical Skills & Procedures
- General anesthesia (adult)
- Spinal and epidural anesthesia
- Regional anesthesia for surgery
- Obstetrical anesthesia
- Neurosurgical cases (head, spine)
- Complex vascular (non–open heart)
- Complex orthopedic cases
- Pain procedures: epidural steroid (lumbar/cervical), transforaminal injections (lumbar/cervical)
- Ventilation management
- Evaluation/management of acute volume and blood pressure issues
- Central line placement
- Arterial line placement
Preferred Skills (not required)
- Pediatric and neonatal anesthesia
- Trauma cases
- Open heart and thoracic cases (thoracic except open heart)
- Post-op epidurals and extremity blocks
- Use of x‑ray guidance for blocks
- PA catheter placement
Qualifications
- Board: BC required – or eligible
- State licensure: OH
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
