Join a supportive team in Pella, IA as a contracted Labor & Delivery RN for a 13-week night assignment starting Sep 14, 2026. This role is 36 hours per week with a pay rate of $2,307.60 per 36-hour week.

What you’ll bring

• Active RN license in Iowa, in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited RN program (BSN preferred).
• Current AHA BLS (or willing to obtain within three months of hire) and ACLS per facility guidelines.
• Acute care nursing experience is preferred.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Empathetic listening, tact, and the ability to work well on a team.
• Basic computer skills and solid clinical judgment, critical thinking, and technical nursing skills.
• Comfort assessing and caring for patients across the lifespan: neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.

What you’ll do

• Provide safe, evidence-based care in collaboration with the healthcare team, showing respect and accountability to patients, families, and coworkers.
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members and families to promote continuity of care.
• Perform general nursing duties independently, using critical thinking and minimal supervision.
• Delegate and direct support staff as needed to ensure quality patient care.
• Assess and care for age-specific populations appropriate to the labor and delivery setting.
