Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia for elective, emergent, and trauma cases across a broad surgical mix
• Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and post-anesthesia evaluations
• Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care as appropriate
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ensure patient safety and adherence to clinical protocols and best practices
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program
• Active CRNA certification
• Virginia CRNA license or ability to obtain one
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Experience in trauma or other high-acuity settings preferred
• Ability to work flexible 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shift schedules
