Join a long-term care team in Hilo, HI for a 13-week contract starting Aug 24, 2026. This position requires a Licensed Practical Nurse/LVN with at least one year of relevant experience. The schedule is rotating shifts.

Requirements:

• Valid LPN/LVN license.
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience in long-term care or similar setting.
• Proof of influenza vaccination prior to contract start (may be completed during employee health clearance).

Core responsibilities:

• Conduct resident assessments and perform prescribed treatments.
• Administer medications and document appropriately.
• Notify MD/NP of significant changes or concerns.
• Manage admissions and discharges.
• Provide ADL assistance and routine nursing care.
• Perform specialized care including gastrostomy tube, urinary catheter, nebulized treatments, wound VAC, CPAP, and tracheostomy care.
• Carry out other assigned duties consistent with scope of practice.
