Gastroenterology NP/PA — Outpatient Casper, WY; M–F, $115–120K + 45% Bonus, Outreach & Travel Reimbursed

Join a growing outpatient Gastroenterology team in Casper, Wyoming as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. This role offers a predictable weekday schedule, strong clinical support, and an excellent work–life balance. No prior GI experience required—providers with primary care or internal medicine backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Schedule and Work Setting

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Clinic presence: 3–4 days/week in Casper
• 1 dedicated administrative day/week
• Possible outreach travel 1–2 days/week (travel reimbursement provided)
• 1-hour lunch daily
• Adult patient population (18+)
• Patient volume: ~12–16 patients/day
• No hospital rounding

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic gastrointestinal conditions in adults
• Conduct new patient consultations and follow-up visits; develop individualized treatment plans
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory studies
• Provide patient education on disease management, medications, and preventive care
• Collaborate with gastroenterologists and clinical staff to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care across clinic locations

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $115,000–$120,000

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program
• Board certified as an NP or PA
• Eligible for or licensed in Wyoming (NP or PA)
• GI or adult internal medicine experience preferred but not required
• Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
