Job Description
- Full-time OB/GYN position with hospital-employed medical group
- Community hospital (~150 beds), municipally owned, non-corporate structure
- Established team of 3 board-certified OB/GYNs with shared coverage
- Call schedule 1:4
- Clinic hours Monday"Friday, 8am"5pm
- Approximately 800 deliveries annually
- Level 1 nursery
- Access to two Da Vinci robotic systems (robotic training preferred)
- Strong hospitalist support and collaborative physician culture
- Independent practice environment with long-standing community ties
- Growth-driven need with succession planning in place
- Guaranteed base salary ~$450K
