Emergency Medicine Opening at Flagship Hospital | $414K Guaranteed Compensation + Lucrative Incentive

Marshfield Medical Center is seeking American BC/BE Emergency Medicine-trained physicians to join our team and be a part of our legacy in Marshfield, Wisconsin. You will be a part of a robust department, with brand-new equipment, and facilities with a welcoming environment from colleagues and dedicated support staff. This is a newly combined Emergency Department and Urgent Care which is estimated to see over 50,000 patients per year.

 

Shift Scheduling Model:  12-hour shifts, 10 to 11 shifts per month = 1480 hours per year.

 

You will have a work/life balance in a vibrant community, with 20 days off a month to enjoy the abundance of outdoor recreation Wisconsin has to offer.

 

Compensation and Benefits

Sanford Health offers a nationally competitive compensation plan with an additional physician benefits package including a health, dental and vision insurance, 401K plan, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, CME allowance, allowed time away, malpractice insurance and tail coverage, and a relocation allowance.

 

Annual compensation of $414,000 if you complete required number of shifts for 1.0 FTE.

 

In addition, a $200,000 retention incentive is to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details).
