A respected Rural Health Hospital in Southeastern California is seeking a Director of Pharmacy to lead its inpatient pharmacy department. This is a 100% administrative leadership role focused on department operations, regulatory compliance, financial oversight, and strategic leadership--without routine staffing responsibilities. Enjoy a flexible Monday-Friday schedule, the option to work from home every other Friday, relocation assistance, a 5% annual performance bonus, and compensation up to $220,000 for the right candidate.

Qualified candidates must have a BS in Pharmacy (PharmD preferred), an active California pharmacist license, inpatient hospital pharmacy experience, and prior pharmacy management experience. Candidates with strong hospital leadership backgrounds and oncology experience are especially encouraged to apply.
