East Carolina Anesthesia Associates (ECAA) is seeking a CAA to join our collaborative team in the beautiful city of Charlotte, NC. Anesthetics are performed at two surgery centers, Charlotte Surgery Center Wendover Campus, and Charlotte Surgery Center Museum Campus. Our success in these facilities has been built with an exceptional team of both physicians and anesthetists working collaboratively in a trusting environment with patients. CAAs have a great deal of autonomy with cases and physician support there at all times when needed. This division is a great fit for CAAs that seek a wide variety of case mix and a schedule conducive to a work/life balance. We can credential quickly!
Peds/Peds ENT experience required.

The Wendover Campus facility offers strictly orthopedic cases including total joints. The Museum Campus provides a full spectrum of surgical specialties including: Eyes, ENT, General Surgery, Plastic Surgery, GYN, Urology, Peds ortho, Peds ENT, general orthopedic foot and ankle, hands, and podiatry. We rotate our CAAs through these sites on month long assignments.

NO WEEKENDS, NO CALL, NO HOLIDAYS!
This is a salaried position with paid holidays. Average work week is about 24-28 hours. Average one day off per week, and only working 3.5 days per week for FULL-TIME PAY. OT pay for workdays that exceed 10 hours.
Base salary + Yearly bonus eligibility!
