Job Description
Santa Rosa Medical Center is seeking an experienced Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established cardiology practice in beautiful Milton, Florida. This position offers a mix of both inpatient and outpatient cardiology care, allowing providers to care for patients from hospital consults and post-procedure follow-up through routine outpatient management.
Position Highlights

- Light first-call rotation (up to 10 days/month)

- Manage a diverse cardiology patient population
Responsibilities
- Perform inpatient cardiology consults and hospital rounds
- Conduct outpatient evaluation and management (E&M) clinic visits
- Provide post-cardiac catheterization follow-up care
- Manage routine cardiology follow-up appointments
- Coordinate patient care and treatment plans with cardiology team
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of Cardiology experience as an APP required
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Eligible for or currently licensed in the State of Florida
- Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with cardiology team
