50-miles South of Atlanta, GA
- Private Practice based in Atlanta seeks provider for Jackson, GA clinic
- Outpatient only setting
- Average 22 patients per day
- Group practice setting (joining 2 FP's + 2 FNP's)
- 40-hour work week & choice of 4 or 5-day week
- Limited telephone call duties (1-week per year)
- Up to $300k base salary + production incentives
