- Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5 pm -- no weekends or holidays
- Average 23 scheduled patients per physician per day
- Outpatient clinic only -- no hospital or inpatient coverage
- General neurology and headache patients -- 100% adult population
- Botulinum toxin (Botox) administration preferred
- Coverage across two clinic locations -- split schedule available
- Board certification required
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
