Job Description
Brown University Health is looking for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation physician with an interest or experience in cancer rehabilitation to join our multidisciplinary oncology team in Providence, Rhode Island. This is a chance to deliver comprehensive rehabilitative care to people with cancer within one of New England’s leading academic health systems.
You’ll work closely with medical, surgical, and radiation oncologists, physical and occupational therapists, and supportive care specialists to help patients regain function, improve mobility, manage symptoms, and enhance quality of life throughout the cancer care journey. The role also includes opportunities for academic engagement through our affiliation with Brown University, including teaching and collaboration on clinical research.

Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation residency
- Fellowship training or demonstrated expertise in cancer/onco-rehabilitation preferred
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
- Eligible for medical licensure in the State of Rhode Island
