Chair, Breast Imaging — Board-Certified Radiologist; Leadership Role in Brooklyn with Loan Repayment & Visa Support

We seek a Board-Certified Radiologist with fellowship training in Breast or Women’s Imaging to lead and grow a comprehensive breast imaging program. Key responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical services in screening and diagnostic mammography, breast ultrasound, breast MRI, tomosynthesis, and image-guided breast procedures.
• Oversee mammography program operations to ensure compliance with MQSA and institutional standards.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives, protocol development, and performance monitoring.
• Mentor and educate radiology staff, trainees, and multidisciplinary care teams.
• Collaborate with administrative and clinical leadership to expand services, enhance patient access, and support strategic growth.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Diagnostic Radiology residency and fellowship in Breast or Women’s Imaging.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology (American Board of Radiology).
• Current New York medical license or eligibility to obtain one prior to start.
• MQSA-qualified physician meeting federal Mammography Quality Standards Act requirements.
• Demonstrated expertise across breast imaging modalities and image-guided procedures.
• Prior leadership experience (e.g., Section Chief, Medical Director, Chairperson) preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and collaborative skills, with a commitment to quality improvement, patient-centered care, and education.
