Hematology & Medical Oncology Physician — Martinsburg, WV | Full-Time, Teaching + Multidisciplinary Team

Join a growing, patient-focused cancer program in Martinsburg, West Virginia, as a Board Certified or Board Eligible Hematology & Medical Oncology physician. This full-time role blends high-quality clinical care with teaching and mentorship in a collaborative academic setting.

What you’ll do

• Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for benign and malignant hematologic disorders and solid tumor malignancies
• Create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans and manage chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapies, and supportive care
• Interpret laboratory results, pathology reports, and diagnostic imaging to guide care
• Coordinate multidisciplinary care with surgeons, radiation oncologists, pathologists, primary care providers, and other specialists
• Participate in tumor boards, quality improvement projects, and clinical program development
• Teach and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record

Qualifications

• MD or DO (or foreign equivalent)
• Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency and Hematology/Oncology fellowship
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and Medical Oncology
• Eligible for or able to obtain a West Virginia medical license
