Overview
Provide high-quality inpatient OB/GYN and obstetric hospitalist care to all pregnant patients presenting to the hospital. Work collaboratively with local obstetricians to improve patient safety and outcomes while maintaining a strong work/life balance.

Compensation & Schedule

• Salary: $300,000–$340,000 annually plus full benefits
• Full-time hospitalist role; typically 7–9 24-hour shifts per month (~21 days off)
• No outpatient office management or routine on-call responsibilities
• Flexible scheduling with potential for bonuses

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inpatient obstetric and gynecologic care, including labor and delivery
• Diagnose and treat obstetric emergencies and complications
• Provide consultative care to hospital staff and coordinate with community OB providers
• Participate in quality improvement and patient-safety initiatives
• Maintain accurate medical records and effective communication with patients and families

Qualifications
