Join a hospital-based OB/GYN team in Williston, ND to provide consistent, expert care for every pregnant patient presenting to the hospital. Work collaboratively with local obstetricians in a hospitalist model that prioritizes patient safety, quality improvement, and work/life balance.

Compensation & Schedule

• Salary: $300,000–$340,000 annually
• Full-time hospitalist role; self-created schedule
• Typical workload: 7–9 24-hour shifts per month (≈21 days off per month)
• No on-call responsibilities or office management duties

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• North Dakota medical license or ability to obtain licensure
