OB/GYN Hospitalist — $300K$340K, Flexible Schedule, No Call — Garden City, KS

Join a collaborative team in Garden City, KS, where your expertise in obstetrics and gynecology will directly improve patient safety and satisfaction. In this hospitalist role you’ll ensure every pregnant woman who comes to the hospital receives consistent, expert care from an experienced physician—every time.

You’ll work closely with local obstetricians while enjoying a true work/life balance. Ideal candidates are clinically strong, clear communicators, committed to quality improvement, and passionate about advancing OB/GYN care.

What you’ll get

• Competitive salary range of $300,000–$340,000 plus a full benefits package
• Full-time hospitalist position with flexible scheduling—typically 7–9 24-hour shifts per month (about 21 days off each month)

Who we’re looking for

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Licensed in Kansas or able to obtain a Kansas license
• Skilled in managing obstetric emergencies and providing comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care
• Strong team player with excellent communication and patient-centered skills
• Committed to clinical excellence and continuous improvement
