Qualifications

• MD or DO degree (or foreign equivalent).
• Completion of an accredited Gynecology residency program; fellowship completion as applicable.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gynecology.
• Eligible for or able to obtain an unrestricted West Virginia medical license.
