Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant — Outpatient Practice, North Bergen/NJ (FT)

Join a warm, community-focused pediatric practice dedicated to providing excellent care for children and families throughout Central and Northern New Jersey. We’re looking for a compassionate, skilled Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team full time, primarily based in our Perth Amboy office. Optional coverage at our North Bergen location can be arranged but isn’t required.

What you’ll do

• Provide outpatient pediatric care, with occasional hospital rounding on newborns about every six weeks. (No delivery attendance or C-section coverage.)
• Work a full-time, five-day schedule with an every-other-Saturday rotation. When you work Saturday, you’ll get one weekday off that week.
• Serve a diverse patient population; Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly preferred to better support our large Hispanic community.

Compensation & benefits

• Competitive salary: $130,000–$140,000, commensurate with experience and credentials

Requirements

• Master’s degree and current certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Active or eligible New Jersey license
• Pediatric experience strongly preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Spanish language proficiency preferred
