Hospital-Employed Diagnostic Radiologist — Great Falls, MT (Sign-On Bonus)

What you’ll do

• Interpret diagnostic imaging studies including MRI, CT, ultrasound, and X‑ray.
• Opportunities to expand into nuclear medicine, mammography, and selected interventional radiology based on your interests and skills.
• Act as a key point of contact with our teleradiology partners to support quality, accuracy, and consistent workflow.
• Work with Meditech Expanse EHR, Fuji Synapse PACS, and PowerScribe.

Schedule and patient population

• Monday–Friday schedule with no routine weekend requirements.
• Primarily adult patient population.

What we’re looking for

• MD or DO degree.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited radiology residency.
• Board certified or board eligible in diagnostic radiology.
• Eligible for Montana medical licensure.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to high-quality imaging interpretation.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
