Hybrid PMHNP (PT) — Up to $10k SignOn, Flexible AfterSchool Hours, Hybrid Frederick MD

Schedule & work model

• 20 hours per week (17 clinical; 3 administrative)
• Hybrid clinical model: minimum 10 clinical hours onsite, up to 7 clinical hours remote
• Administrative hours completed remotely
• Flexible scheduling aligned with patient needs, with at least 10 hours during peak “after-school” times (after 4 PM ET weekdays and/or weekends)

Compensation & benefits

• Base salary: $72,500 (part-time, 20 hours/week), W-2
• Total earning potential up to $175,000+ annually
• Additional $100 per clinical hour for hours beyond base caseload

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited nursing program
• Board-certified PMHNP (PMHNP-BC)
• Minimum 1 year of independent psychiatric experience post-licensure
• Active Maryland PMHNP/APRN license, DEA registration, and state prescriptive authority
• Ability to work onsite at least 10 clinical hours per week and during after-school hours
• Reliable technology access (computer, phone, high-speed internet)
