Hybrid PMHNP (Child/Adol/Young Adult) – Sterling VA | $135–175k, $10K Sign‑On, Flexible Hybrid After‑School Hours

Join a collaborative, mission-driven team in Sterling, Virginia, where you’ll provide integrated psychiatric care to children, adolescents, and young adults. Work model and schedule

• 40 hours per week with a hybrid model: up to three days onsite each week.
• At least 10 clinical hours must be onsite; up to 7 clinical hours may be remote.
• Administrative tasks are completed remotely.
• You’ll need to be available for a minimum of 15 after-school hours (after 4 PM ET and/or weekends), with at least 10 of those occurring during peak after-school times.
• Schedule is flexible and aligned to patient needs.

Compensation and benefits

• Base salary: $135,000–$145,000.
• Total earning potential up to $175,000+ annually.
• Earn an additional $100 per clinical hour for hours beyond the base caseload.

What we’re looking for

• Master’s degree from an accredited nursing program.
• Board-certified PMHNP (PMHNP-BC).
• At least 1 year of independent psychiatric experience post-licensure.
• Active Virginia PMHNP/APRN license, DEA registration, and state prescriptive authority.
• Ability to be onsite for a minimum of 10 clinical hours per week and availability for after-school/evening or weekend hours.
• Reliable technology for remote work (computer, phone, high-speed internet).
