Hybrid Pediatric/Youth Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) — Frederick, MD, Full-Time, W2

Schedule & work model

• 40 hours per week with a hybrid model (up to three days onsite weekly).
• At least 15 hours required during after-school hours (after 4:00 PM ET and/or weekends).
• Minimum 10 clinical hours onsite; up to 7 clinical hours may be remote.
• Administrative responsibilities are completed remotely.
• Flexible scheduling to meet patient needs, with a minimum of 10 hours during peak after-school times.

Compensation & benefits

• Base salary: $135,000–$145,000.
• Total earning potential up to $175,000+ annually.
• Additional $100 per clinical hour for hours beyond the base caseload.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited nursing program.
• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
• Minimum one year of independent psychiatric practice post-licensure.
• Active Maryland PMHNP/APRN license, DEA registration, and state prescriptive authority.
• Ability to work a minimum of 10 clinical hours onsite per week and to cover after-school hours.
• Access to reliable technology (personal computer, phone, high-speed internet).
