Position highlights

  • 1–2 year partnership track with long-term growth potential, ideal for early- to mid-career surgeons
  • Fellowship training preferred (spine, cranial, or endovascular)
  • General neurosurgery call within a Level III system, supported by experienced partners
  • Access to Midwest Surgical Hospital, a private specialty surgical hospital
  • Ancillary revenue and ownership opportunities (practice, real estate, surgical hospital, ASC)

Compensation & benefits

  • Competitive base compensation around $700,000 (plus/minus)

Key responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive neurosurgical care, including surgical and nonsurgical management of complex conditions
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement individualized care plans
  • Participate in shared call coverage to ensure continuous, high-quality patient care
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and promote evidence-based best practices

Qualifications

  • MD or DO from an accredited institution
  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited neurosurgery residency
  • Fellowship training in a subspecialty preferred
  • Board certified or board eligible in Neurosurgery
  • Strong clinical and surgical skills with a commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a multi-specialty practice setting
