Position highlights
- 1–2 year partnership track with long-term growth potential, ideal for early- to mid-career surgeons
- Fellowship training preferred (spine, cranial, or endovascular)
- General neurosurgery call within a Level III system, supported by experienced partners
- Access to Midwest Surgical Hospital, a private specialty surgical hospital
- Ancillary revenue and ownership opportunities (practice, real estate, surgical hospital, ASC)
Compensation & benefits
- Competitive base compensation around $700,000 (plus/minus)

Key responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive neurosurgical care, including surgical and nonsurgical management of complex conditions
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement individualized care plans
- Participate in shared call coverage to ensure continuous, high-quality patient care
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and promote evidence-based best practices
Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited neurosurgery residency
- Fellowship training in a subspecialty preferred
- Board certified or board eligible in Neurosurgery
- Strong clinical and surgical skills with a commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a multi-specialty practice setting
