Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant — Full-Time Outpatient Clinic, Bangor ME

We are hiring a full-time primary care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a new outpatient clinic in Bangor, Maine. Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care across prevention, wellness, chronic disease management, and acute visits. Contribute to building and improving clinic workflows and community care.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver full-spectrum primary care to individuals and families
• Manage acute and chronic conditions, preventive care, and routine follow-ups
• Coordinate care with nursing and administrative staff and outside providers
• Document visits, orders, and care plans accurately and in a timely manner
• Participate in quality improvement and team meetings

Qualifications
