Locums Primary Care Physician — Tucson Outpatient Clinic, Value-Based Care, $140+/hr

Join a patient-centered outpatient clinic south of Tucson, Arizona, as a full-time Locums Primary Care Physician. This role is well suited for a clinician dedicated to high-quality, value-based care and building lasting relationships with an adult patient panel. You will focus on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and improving long-term outcomes.

Compensation: $140+ per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, five days per week

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive primary care to adult patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Prioritize preventive care, wellness, and population health initiatives.
• Create individualized treatment plans that target quality outcome improvement.
• Coordinate care with specialists and multidisciplinary team members.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the electronic medical record.
• Build and sustain long-term, patient-centered relationships through compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active Arizona medical license or ability to obtain one.
• DEA registration or eligibility.
• Prior experience in a value-based primary care setting is required.
• Demonstrated commitment to quality metrics, preventive care, and patient satisfaction.
