Job Description
We’re looking for experienced OB/GYN physicians who want to make a meaningful difference in maternal care. In this role you’ll ensure every pregnant patient who presents to the hospital receives expert, timely care from a dedicated physician — improving safety and satisfaction for mothers and families.
You’ll collaborate closely with local obstetricians while enjoying a superior work/life balance. The position is hospital-based and structured so you can focus on excellent clinical care without the burdens of office management or routine call duties. Ideal candidates are clinically strong, communicate well, and are committed to quality improvement and advancing obstetric care.

- Competitive salary: $300,000–$340,000 annually plus a full benefits package
- Flexible, full-time hospitalist schedule: typically 7–9 24-hour shifts per month (about 21 days off each month)

Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Rhode Island medical license or ability to obtain one
- Comfort managing obstetric emergencies and providing comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with a patient-centered approach
- Commitment to clinical excellence and continuous improvement
