Location: Belleville, New Jersey (opportunities also in Denville)

Overview
Join a hospital-based OB/GYN team to provide consistent, expert care for pregnant patients presenting to the hospital. Work collaboratively with local obstetricians while maintaining a favorable work–life balance.

Compensation and Schedule

• Salary: $300,000–$340,000 annually plus full benefits
• Full-time hospitalist position
• Typical schedule: 7–9 24-hour shifts per month (approximately 21 days off per month)
• No traditional on-call duties or office management

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive inpatient obstetric and gynecologic care
• Manage obstetric emergencies and routine labor and delivery care
• Coordinate care with local obstetricians, nursing staff, and ancillary services
• Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• New Jersey medical license or ability to obtain one
• Demonstrated ability to manage obstetric emergencies and inpatient OB/GYN care
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills
• Commitment to clinical quality and continuous improvement
