OB/GYN Hospitalist — Kansas City Area | $300$340K, Flexible Schedule, No Call

Join a team focused on making every birthing experience safer and more satisfying. We’re looking for experienced Obstetrics and Gynecology physicians to provide expert, consistent care for pregnant women who present to the hospital. You’ll work closely with local obstetricians in a hospitalist model that prioritizes patient safety, teamwork, and a healthy work/life balance.

Opportunities are available in Kansas City, Poplar Bluff, Sedalia, Springfield, and Warrensburg, Missouri.

• Full-time hospitalist role with flexible scheduling—usually 7–9 24-hour shifts per month (about 21 days off each month).

Who we’re looking for

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Missouri medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Comfort managing obstetric emergencies and providing full-spectrum inpatient OB/GYN care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a patient-centered approach.
• Commitment to clinical excellence and ongoing quality improvement.
