OB Hospitalist — Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician (Easton, MD)

We’re looking for experienced OB/GYN physicians to join a collaborative hospitalist team in Easton, Maryland. This role is focused on improving patient safety and satisfaction by making sure every pregnant woman who arrives at the hospital receives expert, reliable care from an experienced physician every time.

You’ll work alongside local obstetricians while enjoying a balanced schedule that supports both professional fulfillment and personal life. Ideal candidates are strong clinicians and communicators who are committed to quality improvement and advancing care in obstetrics and gynecology.

What we offer

• Competitive compensation: $300,000–$340,000 annually plus a full benefits package
• Full-time hospitalist role with flexible scheduling—typically 7–9, 24-hour shifts per month (about 21 days off each month)

Who we’re looking for

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Maryland medical license, or ability to obtain one
• Ability to manage obstetric emergencies and provide full inpatient OB/GYN care
• Strong teamwork, communication, and patient-centered care skills
• Commitment to clinical excellence and continuous improvement
