Overview
Join a hospital-based OB/GYN team providing consistent, expert care to every pregnant patient who presents to the hospital. Work collaboratively with local obstetricians while maintaining a favorable work/life balance.

Compensation and Schedule

• Salary: $300,000–$340,000 annually plus full benefits
• Full-time hospitalist role; typically 7–9 24-hour shifts per month (about 21 days off)
• Flexible schedule with ability to create your own coverage pattern
• No office management and no additional on-call responsibilities

Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient OB/GYN and labor & delivery care
• Manage obstetric emergencies and stabilize complex cases
• Coordinate care with local obstetricians, nursing staff, and hospital teams
• Participate in quality improvement efforts and department protocols

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Massachusetts medical license or eligibility to obtain
• Demonstrated ability to manage obstetric emergencies and comprehensive inpatient care
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills
• Commitment to clinical excellence and continuous improvement
