OB/GYN Hospitalist — Lafayette, LA | $300K–$340K, Flexible Schedule & No Call

We’re looking for compassionate Obstetrics and Gynecology physicians to join a collaborative hospitalist team in Lafayette, Louisiana. Your role will help ensure every pregnant woman who presents to the hospital receives expert, timely care from an experienced physician — improving both safety and patient satisfaction.

What you can expect

• Competitive compensation: $300,000–$340,000 annual salary plus a full benefits package
• Schedule flexibility: Full-time hospitalist role where you can shape your own calendar; typically 7–9, 24-hour shifts per month (about 21 days off each month)

Who we’re looking for

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Louisiana medical license or ability to obtain one
• Comfortable managing obstetric emergencies and delivering comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care
• Strong communicator who thrives in team-based, patient-centered care
